Professor Maxwell’s 4D Science, Professor Maxwell’s 4D Chef, Professor Maxwell’s 4D Galaxy and Professor Maxwell's 4D Chemistry apps are intended for use by children, with parental participation and supervision. Please refer to the relevant sections in this policy for each. SpiceBox is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) and the regulations of the Federal Trade Commission in the operation of our Apps.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit the Site, download our Android apps from Google Play as well as IOS apps on Apple Store, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site/App, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Applications on Google Play and Apple Store

Please note that Professor Maxwell’s 4D Science, Professor Maxwell’s 4D Chef, Professor Maxwell’s 4D Galaxy and Professor Maxwell's 4D Chemistry give users the ability to access videos and cameras for learning and engaging with VR technology. This feature is not stored on SpiceBox’s servers and is not shared with any unaffiliated third parties or other users.You may visit the device’s privacy settings to enable or disable the function at any time.

SpiceBox Product Development Ltd. does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. We do not request that children provide us with personal information, and do not offer features that are intended to collect such information from children. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has become a member of the Website or has otherwise transferred Personally-Identifying Information to the website or app, please contact Company using our contact information below to have that child's account terminated and information deleted.

Web Cookies

We are dedicated to protect all information on the Website as is necessary. When you place an order through the spicebox.ca or use our app on google or apple store, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.
